About Me
Growing up in the small farming town of Guadalupe, California. I was the last of eight kids. Needless to say that I learned to make the best of “hand me downs”. But, I also learned to appreciate the importance of the quality in a close community.
I joined the Navy in April of 1996 after bootcamp I attended and graduated from NATTC(Naval Aviation Technical Training Center) Millington, Tennessee as an Aviation Electronics Technician.
What is often forgotten about the military is that it is not only an institute that constantly prepares for war. It is a company that produces the product of calmness, confidence and sureness to the American people. Day in and day out Americans can go about their business without a worry because Volunteers have raised their hands and proclaimed “Not on my watch”.
Least to say, my military career wasn’t without sacrifice and wouldn’t have continued to build without the everlasting love and support from my family. To save the best for last, I must share how God had blessed me with a wonderful Wife. Heather was a vital component in our Naval career. She is without a doubt the Love of my life. There are no words that can establish a foothold on what she means to me. None. She and our four children have had to be flexible, courageous and have had to overcome their own personal sacrifices during my time of service. They have left countless friends and houses that we turned into homes behind. Their love and support are monumental in my life of service and my life in general. They are who I am.
I love our City. Most of our children live here or the surrounding cities. With one in Arizona. Heather and I plan to live here for as long as we can. I offer everything that I have learned in my life as well as my military career to the City of Murrieta. I would appreciate your vote this November to serve you.
